Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you by email about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, we recommend placing a new order on our website and returning the original item for a refund. This ensures that you get the new item in the size or color you want while avoiding delays.

Defective or Damaged Items
